Yellow Burger – Muscat Oman
We are quite partial towards projects that were time and budget-challenged but have managed to rise to the occasion. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again a thousand times if we have to – good design and good taste (especially) have nothing to do with good budgets, although the budget certainly makes things a lot easier.
The idea was to make a space that everyone can enjoy – to appeal to both boys and girls, the young and the young at heart. Heroic crimson, subtle blues, bold turquoise contrast and neutral hues sit against the natural textures of concrete and timber. Central to the design concept was developing a strong identity on the highly recognizable profile of Oman’s new future face.
Overall, the design concept combined pop art and iconic elements with a modern twist, adding to the excitement and the undeniable entertainment value of Oman’s future
